Description
This is a sunset over Sarasota Bay in Sarasota on the west coast of Florida. In the summer during the rainy season, often afternoon storms bring dramatic clouds and colors during sunset. Here the sunset brings warm reds, oranges, yellows, and purples in the sky and reflecting in the waters of the bay. A luxury condo stands at the waterfront next to the Ringling Bridge which connects the mainland to Bird Key, Lido Key, and Longboat Key. I was standing at the rocky shore of Bayfront Park, where boats often leave the marina facing the city, and go under the bridge towards the Gulf of Mexico. This is an iconic view of the city of Sarasota.
