Description
My husband Mike took this photo at sunrise and I edited it. This is the Sunbug building at the intersection of Nokomis and Venice Avenue in downtown Venice, Florida. The sun is rising in the distance, and the bright yellow sun silhouettes the rows of palm trees down the center of the street. The sky moves from yellow to pink then purple. The street lights are still on this morning, and it's a quiet moment in beautiful Venice. Venice is in Sarasota county on the west coast of Florida, and is known for its love of the arts and wonderful beaches. Many of the buildings were built in the 1920's which give the town its charm.
