Image of beautiful palm trees on the causeway leading to the island of Siesta Key, Florida. It is a bright and sunny day. The sky is clear and the sun's rays add a warm glow to the palm trees. Siesta Key is near Sarasota on the west coast of Florida, near the waters of Sarasota Bay. From the causeway you can see the skyline of Sarasota and the Ringling Bridge in the distance.

These palms are incredibly beautiful! This fabulous photo is so inviting and I can only dream of relaxing on the beach under all their splendour! I wish they were able to grow here! I always grow a couple of potted palms on the pool deck through the summer but unfortunately they cannot survive our winters. Our current temperatures are in the mid 80's and over the summer it is not uncommon to reach into the high 90's or even up to 110 degrees.
