Description

This photo was taken by my husband Michael Walsh, and I edited it in an impressionist painterly style. If you look closely you can see a canvas texture and brush strokes. I also have another version of this image that is not painterly. Christmas lights have just been hung in Venice, Florida, and downtown is breathtaking. This photo of Burgundy Square on Miami Avenue was taken in the morning after sunrise at golden hour when the sky burst into a bright blue color. Venice is in Sarasota county on the west coast of Florida, and is known for its love of the arts and wonderful beaches. Many of the buildings were built in the 1920's which give the town its charm. Miami Avenue is known for its quaint shops and restaurants.
